Jon Williamson is a philosopher of science at the University of Manchester, with particular interests in causality and probability, as well as their uses in science, medicine, AI and the law. Together with collaborators, Jon is developing Evidential Pluralism, a methodology for establishing and evaluating causal claims. He also works on the philosophical foundations of Bayesianism.
