Kenneth Tupper is a public health policy consultant and psychedelic researcher whose work bridges science, education, and social justice. He has twenty years of mental health and substance use policy leadership experience in British Columbia’s Ministry of Health, guiding policy and programs in addiction treatment and prevention. His interdisciplinary academic work bridges drug education, harm reduction, and the transformative potential of psychedelics in learning and healing. His current focus is to support the creation of evidence-based and health-promoting approaches to drug policy.
